Speaking to an audience
Approach

Diagnose the gap: in a hard environment, talent leaves when support is scattered and invisible.

Create an interactive, complementary space where entrepreneurs and all stakeholders meet — the ArabNoor Conference, described as the first of its kind and the largest entrepreneurship conference in Jordan.

Lead the group’s strategic direction and plans, promoting job creation and community opportunity as the purpose of entrepreneurship.

Outcome
  • An established, recurring platform for entrepreneurship in Jordan, with interviews and conference coverage in the public record.
  • The foundation for the Irbid Charter (2019) and Sindyan (2020).
